Terms of sale

1. Purpose

The Paumozo service, published by Milandes Santé (SAS, SIRET 103 565 537 00018, 48 avenue du 8 Mai 1945, 64100 Bayonne, France), lets you create a wedding keepsake page where guests share photos, videos and messages, accessible via a dedicated subdomain and a QR code.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, taxes included:

• Essential plan — $49 CAD (15 GB, online 1 month)
• Premium plan — $89 CAD (50 GB, online 3 months)
• 10 GB extra storage option — $19 CAD
• Keepsake hard drive option — $99 CAD

3. Order and payment

Orders are placed through the site's form. Payment is made online via our provider Stripe (secure payment). The service is activated immediately after payment confirmation.

4. Duration and retention

The page stays online for the duration of the chosen plan (1 month for Essential, 3 months for Premium), extendable by adding storage. The full download of your content is free at any time. At the end of the period, the data is deleted.

5. Right of withdrawal

As the service is digital content supplied immediately after payment, the customer expressly requests its immediate performance and acknowledges that no withdrawal or refund can be claimed once the service has been activated.

6. Liability and content

Content posted by guests is their sole responsibility. The publisher may remove any unlawful content. The publisher cannot be held liable for any loss of data due to force majeure; downloading your memories is recommended.
